Individual Psychotherapy
A strong therapeutic relationship is key to the success of therapy. I work hard to create an environment where my clients feel confident to speak openly and express themselves freely. Individual sessions are designed to meet the client’s needs. Sessions include talk therapy and may include yoga therapy, mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, breath work, aromatherapy, and/or guided mediation.
Sessions are 50 mins once per week. Flexibility on session lengths and frequency provided on a case by case basis. Video sessions are offered for individuals outside of New York City and/or individuals whom prefer the convenience and flexibility provided by online therapeutic services.
