Teen/Young Adult Clinical Mentorship
After several years of working with teens and young adults I discovered that the standard therapeutic model (50min/week) is often not sufficient in meeting the unique and complex needs of this age group. As a result, I developed a mentorship program that provides young clients with a higher level of access to clinical support. This high level of support allows young clients to process stress productively and minimizes potentially harmful behaviors. Individualized plans often consist of several brief in person check ins (in office and community) per week and phone/text/video support.
** For individuals living outside New York online ( video, phone, text, email ) mentorship is available.
